Tim is a former Canadian diplomat and immigration program manager with over twenty years of international experience in immigration. He served with Canada's diplomatic missions in Asia, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean, as well as serving with the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Citizenship and Immigration in Ottawa, Canada (1982-2001). Tim directs the Montreal office and is fluently bilingual (English/French).
