Assistance For Ukrainians
Resources and assistance for Ukrainians affected by the war who need immigration assistance to Canada
Canada is currently fast tracking visa applications for Ukrainians. Learn more about how Canadian immigration authorities are responding to the situation in Ukraine.
Options for Immigrating to Canada from Ukraine
For those affected by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Canada has created the CUAET Program to help Ukrainians and their family members come to Canada as quickly as possible and to provide them with the ability to work and study while in Canada.
We urge all who are considering making a refugee claim to first seek legal advice about how this might impact you, including your ability to travel and your future immigration options.
If you do not currently have a valid visa to Canada, you may apply for a visitor visa. This will allow you to stay in Canada for up to 6 months. Should you require assistance with the application process, contact us as soon as possible.
