Vince Lalonde

Vince Lalonde, Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario and British Columbia, leads the Global Investor Immigration Practice at Pace Law. He has helped hundreds of international investors secure citizenship or permanent residency through tailored investment programs. Previously, he advised on major immigration projects and opened the Chinese market to programs like PEI PNP and St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment. A graduate of McGill (B.A.) and the University of Ottawa (J.D.), Vince lived in Asia for over 18 years and speaks fluent Mandarin.

Rachel Eta Brown

Rachel Brown is an associate in our immigration practice group, based in Toronto, focusing on clients from Sub-Saharan Africa. She holds a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from Igbinedion University, Nigeria. Admitted to both the Ontario and Nigerian Bars, she has experience in commercial litigation in Nigeria. Since 2012, Rachel has worked with Pace Law Firm, frequently traveling to Africa to assist high-net-worth individuals with investor immigration applications to Canada and globally.
